Meet Jessica at Midwest Bank. Jessica has been with Midwest Bank for seven years and works as a Personal Banker in our Plainview branch. Jessica grew up in Norfolk, Nebraska, and attended Northeast Community College after high school.
Jessica started her career in banking in the Norfolk area become coming to Midwest Bank in Plainview. She’s always worked in a customer service role but recently was promoted to Personal Banker. In her current role, Jessica has a lot of different responsibilities. She helps open new accounts and provides customer service to a number of clients throughout the day. She also does a lot of behind-the-scenes tasks for the bank. And she helps with the online account opening process as well.
The people I work with and the customers we have make for a fun place to work.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Brandon, their daughter, and their dog. She also enjoys shopping and camping and cheering on the Huskers during sports seasons. If she had to pick a favorite television show it would be Big Bang Theory. Her favorite food is Mexican food, loves going to concerts, and her favorite place to visit is the beach. And when it comes time to retire, Jessica envisions somewhere warm and on the beach.
When asked about the best thing about working for Midwest Bank, she replied, “The people I work with and the customers we have make for a fun place to work.” She went on to explain, “When you bank with Midwest Bank, you get to speak with someone locally and you get personalized service to help you.”
And if Jessica had to describe Midwest Bank in three words, she said, “Community. Relationships. Teamwork.” It really is that simple.
