Ag Loan Officer | Creighton
Are you passionate about the agricultural industry and ready to take your career in finance to the next level? Our Creighton branch is seeking a dynamic Ag Loan Officer to join our team and drive growth and success for our agricultural clients.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Responsible for the growth and retention of a portfolio of new and existing Agricultural and Business Banking clients.
2. Attain new customers through referrals therefore contributing to deposit growth by cross selling and promoting additional banking products.
3. Seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls and referrals.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service by addressing their lending requirements and inquiries.
5. Identify and pursue new lending opportunities within the target market.
6. Leverage industry knowledge and networking to generate leads and referrals, contributing to the growth of the lending portfolio.
7. Analyze prospective clients’ financial statements, cash flow, credit history, and collateral to assess creditworthiness and determine appropriate lending structures.
8. Develop and present customized lending solutions, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, working capital lines of credit, and other financing options, to meet clients’ unique financial needs.
9. Evaluate and manage credit risk by monitoring clients’ financial performance and market conditions, making proactive recommendations and adjustments as needed.
10. Prepare accurate and complete loan documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and market conditions that may impact clients’ businesses, providing valuable insights and advice.
Secondary Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Collaborate with credit analysts to prepare thorough credit proposals, ensuring compliance with internal lending policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Work closely with internal employees, including credit analysts, loan processing, and compliance, to ensure a seamless lending process and excellent client service.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2. Must have at least 3-5 years in lending, relationship management, or a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of lending products, credit analysis, financial risk assessment, and underwriting principles.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet lending targets.
6. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, credit scoring models, and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Familiarity with lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
8. Strong ethical values and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Customer Service/New Accounts Representative | York
Are you an experienced professional in retail banking with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our York team is seeking a skilled Customer Service/New Account Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in our deposit portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide exceptional & knowledgeable customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude to effectively communicate with others by phone and in person.
- Open new accounts: DDA, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, IRA’s, & HSA’s.
- Cross-sell additional products when opening new accounts: Online Banking, ATM & Debit cards, Credit Cards, ID Protect Plus, Safety Deposit Box as well as informing the customer of our other services such as our loan products and financial services.
- Process customer transactions, including receiving deposits, verifying cash, issuing receipts, making withdrawals, and cashing checks.
- Performs bank operations and security functions by properly inputting data for account transactions, handling cash drawer and vault transactions, managing cash levels and participation in dual-control functions (night depository, mail deposits and ATM transactions).
- Assist customers with E-Bonds and I-Bonds.
- Available to work fluctuating hours, including Saturdays, and as the need arises, to cover for other employees on vacation or in their absence
- Participate with other bank staff in customer and prospect calls.
- Attend banking schools and seminars as required to maintain knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures and compliance.
- Complete special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications:

Information Systems Technician | Norfolk

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Troubleshooting IT help desk calls to resolve application, equipment, and other end-user application and technical issues.
- Assist in maintaining network and system security.
- Perform installation and maintenance of desktop/laptop computer systems and associated software and peripheral devices.
- Maintain and develop documentation and procedures, sharing knowledge and effectively communicating with team members and management.
- Assist in the support and administration of network cabling (install, terminate, and troubleshoot), telephone/voicemail systems, video conferencing, and multi-media audio visual equipment.

Qualifications:

Operations Processing Administrator | Norfolk
Operations Processing Administrator will coordinate accurate and efficient processing within the Operations Department. Provide support and problem solving for all branches, employees, and customers. Provide efficient bank operations for employees and customers.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with Operations Manager, Chief Operations Officer (COO) and other team members with project, processes, and other operational implementations and conversions.
- Responds to and/or solves various operational questions and problems.
- Ensures compliance to the bank’s policies, legal and government rules and regulations by establishing, monitoring, and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Assists with organization-wide standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement efforts to fulfill business objectives. Remains abreast to new product developments and enhancements.
- Develops and maintains relationships with industry groups and organizations to keep informed of changes in federal and state banking regulations and ensures that changes are implemented in a timely fashion.
- Protects the privacy and confidentiality of customers, other employees, and work. Has access to confidential information relating to customers and accounts, employee information including personal information, compensation, and performance for those employees in the Operation Department, and information about the bank not readily available to the public.
- Assist with leading quarterly Retail Manager meetings for all branches.
- Develop, implement, and maintain training procedures for Operations Department as needed.

Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or information systems or related field with equivalent experience
- At least five years’ experience in financial institution operations, Fiserv Premier experience preferred but not required.

- Familiarity with bank-specific software and general office applications.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain time effectively.
